50 jumping jacks
100 step ups (small step)
80 dumbell raises (9 pounds per arm)
I usually can do a bit more but that's all I can do today is it enough?

First off, what's your goal for exercise: weight loss, toning, gaining muscle, or just to be healthy/active?
The important thing is not to push yourself. Like today I did not feel like exercising so I had an "active rest day." That's just where you do some form of exercise without exerting yourself (ie: walking, light lifting, yoga...)
As long as you were moving and got in a good workout: awesome job! Seriously. Rest up and the next time you exercise, GO HARDER! Do more reps, more jumping jacks, a few more step ups... set a goal for yourself and try to hit it or more.
Just to stay healthy really
Any type of movement is GOOD, most people don’t do much you’re doing great
Do what you can, if that's what you can do atm then that's what it is, don't push yourself too hard.
