Im not consistent in the gym but im working n it now by myself so I don’t know if I’m doing enough. So I start on the treadmill for 15 minutes then I do four exercises with the dumbbells 3-4 sets of each exercise depending on what I’m working on the sets are like in sets of 5-10-15. Or more. Then I end on the stair master. I’ve been consistent is week but i haven’t noticed my scale weight going down which is my goal will this work?
