Sore throat after vomiting?

I vomited very hard Saturday night and shortly after a sore throat has appeared, also my nose is congestioned and now its Monday and i still got the sore throat and the congestioned nos, is it normal, how can i get rid of it?

Keep in mind puke has acid in it so when you vomit a lot it can irritate or burn, I also heard somewhere that constant vomit can even damage the vocal cords so from that itself it's understandable that you might get a sore throat if you vomit hard.

When you vomit, stomach acid comes up with the food. It causes inflammation in your throat.
