I am tired of being overweight and want to get healthy so that I can have a baby. I have completely cleaned up my diet, no sugar, no carbs, high protein, lots of veggies, nuts, and berries (blueberries mainly). I also have been doing cardio five times a week with a personal trainer and yoga on the weekends. The problem is I haven’t noticed any weight changes on the scale or how my clothes fit. I’ve been on this regimen for three weeks now and no change. Any idea on what I am doing wrong or how I can change this? The personal trainer said I should be seeing results, but I don’t feel or look any different. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

All you have to do is remove meat and dairy and thats it. You will lose 1-2 lbs per week, in 1 month you will lose 10 lbs without exercise.

Are your hormones in check? That could be a reason why you’re not losing weight if your hormones are imbalanced. May need to see a doctor.
Initially at least when trying to lose weight I would recommend tracking your calories. Have you tried that?
