Why haven’t I lost weight while exercising?

I’ve been workout out on my stationary bike for about 3 or 4 weeks now from Monday-Friday I do about 700 calories on the stationary bike (sometimes more) and eat around 1,000 calories a day (I try not go over) I workout hard and sweat but haven’t lost a single pound! It makes me feel super unmotivated to continue if no results are shown. Any reason why I haven’t seen any?
by the way, I also do small circuit workouts SOMETIMES.
