I had a panic attack thinking about the suicidal thoughts and actions symptom that comes with taking my antidepressants. I thought about if i’d do it and how i’d do it and I had so much fear.

Don't take anti depressants for a while, give your body a break from them, and when you get an anxiety attack, just think of your favorite color while you breathe in and out deeply.

Keep in mind anxiety comes from the mind, you cut the thought and have and replace it with another one while you control your breathing and it will fade away.

i’m not. But i heard online the medication i’m taking can cause it. That made me panic because i don’t want that

I would suggest to stop taking them. Sometimes medications aren’t good.
