It’s my friends birthday and we hung out
Now we’re at the bar and I'm a little mad at her because she had her birthday shot already and she didn't introduce me to her two friends standing right there.
Then some guy comes in, I was blocking his seat, so I move around to the other side of her chair and she's shooing me away like I was about to take her friends spot who was standing a few feet away to talk to someone.
I wasn't trying to take his spot so that rubbed me the wrong way too.
I asked what she was drinking and ordered two more shots, she was kinda awkward when we went to cheers. Which distracted me and I got jack fire down the windpipe. So I'm chocking on it as quietly as I can trying not to make a scene. Only she's staring at me like she doesn't know me which made other people stare.
Like why is she being such a bitch, a friend and me went to a movie with her, we were the ones there on her bday and now she's treating me like we don't have history which we do.
I was pretty awkward right then but I felt disrespected how she handled it and I just don't know what the right way to process this is because I'm so fucking autistic. I hate it.

Why are you calling your anger an anxiety attack? And who cares if she introduced you to her friends or not? It's her party and you're just one of many people who showed up.
She's clearly not as close a friend as you thought she was. I'd avoid her in future if I were you. It's not your autism flaring up... It's her being a rude bitch, which you DID PROCESS correctly. That's it... Game over for her.
She was rude not to be hostess to her own party -- or to have a friend as host/hostess to get people to meet one another, but if there were a lot of people... and she was being rude... then who cares about whether you met them or not?
Don't give give her the satisfaction of your anger... or your time.
No, that’s not an anxiety attack, that’s a reason for you to say “hey, I’m sorry if I came across as a dick at your birthday celebration.”
What did I do?
You were grumpy and killed the vibe
