Not particularly. It will tone it, and give it a nice, firm shape, as you're working muscles when you're running.
But if you're trying to grow it? No. You need to do leg day at the gym girl: go on youtube and look up "leg and glute exercises." They have plenty of free exercise videos you can do, with or without weights
Nah, running isn't really the best exercise to attain that kinda physique. It's more of a conditioning exercise. You're better off lifting, it gives faster and better results with less effort.

Running will trim things up (tone and strengthen), but is less likely to grow your butt. There are lots of other opinions below that target exercises, so I won't get into that.
If it's something you desire, then go for it, just be sure you do it for you.

Running, squats and the cross trainer! All good for toning the peach. However I'd feel like a lucky man if I saw that butt again!

If you want a smaller butt running will help with that. You never see marathon runners with big butts.
