A tablespoon of honey for coughing, don't eat or drink for a while after taking it, it works a lot better than cough syrup.

When you have loose motion, just try swallowing a few tea leaves (just a few small granules) it will help get releif and stop the motion in sometime. I have tried it many times

Garlic for a sore throat. Hold 1/4 of a clove between the molars and let the juice flow down. Takes some getting accustomed to, but has always worked for me.

Corn starch, white vinegar, water makes a great glass cleaner. Better than store bought.

Mix 2 cups of hot water with 1/4 cup of vinegar and a tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix very well, and the pour into a spray bottle.
