I tried multiple methods to lose weight and only one has worked for me since 2018. Exercise did not work out for me cause I was at a job where I was on my feet for over 6 hours a day and did not lose weight. Keto worked the first few dozen times I did it but in 2019 it stopped working. Matcha green tea worked while I drank it but as soon as I discontinued the tea, the weight came back. The rice diet was so boring I could not keep at it for more than few days. Cabbage soup did not help me lose weight and I did not enjoy the onions in the weight loss diet. Nutritional yeast did not help me lose weight but might have reduced inches around my waist when I took it in moderation. The only thing that melts that pounds off for me is when I combine vitamin B1 with fat. That can melt 2 pounds a day or more, maybe 4 pounds a day or even 5 or 6, but yes, it's possible the weight loss is water weight, but it's not 100% water weight, some of it is real fat loss.
Fasting helps me. I feel more energized and less nauseous when eating food. 48 hours is my sweet spot so lately I’ve just been doing 1 48-60 hour fast a week. I’m not advising you or anyone else, just saying it definitely changed my life and how I feel. Been fasting since 2018 though.

Yes I have. I stopped drinking coffee and I changed the time I eat chocolate from after lunch to eating it within an hour of waking up and my weight just dropped.

It didn't work because you weren't exercising, exercise means lifting weights, doing machines, body weight exercises, fitness classes, running, cycling.
It didn't work because you weren't creating a calorie deficit. You need to burn more calories then what you consume every day to create a calorie deficit and only by having one will you start to lose weight.
You can workout like a body builder everyday but if your nutrition is shit and your eating more calories then you born then your not going to make any progress.
And most importantly on top of all that your nutrition needs to be on point.
Start meal prepping and counting your calories. I eat about 1400 calories per day, mostly proteins and it has helped me lose weight slowly with minimum exercise. Cut out sugars, unhealthy snacks, etc. Add in weight lifting or cardio about 3-4 times a week. I heard pilates is good for weight loss, but never tried this one.
I’ve tried intermittent fasting and keto but my body rejected it. Don’t push yourself too hard on the exercise or you’ll burn yourself out.i starved myself for three years. not healthy, and it was from 8-11 so im really short. but it delayed me period so that was chill.
Not really a secret but when I log my foods & intermittent fast, it helps me stay slim.
Intermittent fasting!
