That's little bits of calories, I'd say don't go too long with this diet to avoid Malnutrition, I hope you aren't letting what that bum said to you get to your head, losing weight is a journey you should take proper precautions with and not rush into, if you are going to do it, do it properly and safely izzy

I know I shouldn't let his words get to me, but they do. I've tried everything to lose weight - I've been on diets, I've exercised more, but nothing seems to work. It's like my body is just meant to be this way.

Keep doing these and eventually you'll see results, it's not going to happen all in one day

No, it isn't especially not the age where you're growing up. You need more calories and nutrition to not suffer from malfunction and have plenty of energy to do stuff around all day. If you're trying to lose weight, please see a doctor instead. Preferably a nutritionist who can guide you what you should need that will help you losing some pounds without getting physically weak. Also, maybe try some light excercise too?

Not at all. Even a baby needs more calories. A standard female has a BMR between 1400 and 2000. Depending on activity level, that increases to 1600-2800 cal. Your BMR is the minimum you need if you do nothing the whole day.

I have been following diet and exercise plan for weeks now, and yet I haven't lost a single kg. I am beyond frustrated and feel like I have wasted my time and energy... I have spent countless hours at the gym, sweating and pushing myself to the limit. And yet, the number on the scale remains stubbornly the same...

If you only eat 900 cal, you will not loose weight because your body goes into starvation mode to protect itself. That is why you need to stick to appr 400 cal of your body need (BMR x activity level). Count to loose 1-2 kg a month. Not more

Depends... for how long? What size are you? A human can go weeks without food at all depending on their condition. But long term this shit starts to sound ridiculous.

Yeah, you're a big little girl... I think you'll do just fine cutting Kcals for a while and stick to the anti-carbs until you see it melt off. If you're doing it right you'll go through a spell of feeling like your starving. Drink a ton of water to deal with that.

I know that losing weight is a journey and that it takes time and effort, but I am tired of feeling like I am stuck in the same place. I want to feel confident and comfortable in my own skin, but it's hard when I see no progress. I just wish that things were easier and that I could see some results for all the hard work that I am putting in. I have spent countless hours at the gym, sweating and pushing myself to the limit. And yet, the number on the scale remains stubbornly the same...

"... you're a big little girl" well... you didn't need to embarrass me like that 😂

I can't post my current pictures because I'm past the initial opinion, but I was a fat ass at one time. The way I did it was tuna with avocado sandwich for Bfast, protein shake-lift weights-more protein for lunch and then nothing but meat for dinner. As my ability to lift weights got better and better... I just got the abs and muscles. I didn't even workout my abs. That's what worked for me and how I dropped a good 80lbs in about 3 months... but damn, there were times I couldn't even lift and would have to break down and eat some bread to get enough energy. There was times I was so hungry, that I wanted to cry.

The recommended calorie intake for a girl is 2,000 calories a day, and that increases if you're tall, muscular, or physically active.

No matter how how small and sedentary you may be, 600 calories is never going to be a healthy amount. That's far too little.

Just noticed you said 900 calories, not 600. Answers still says the same, that's far too little.

No if you don't get the nutrients and calories you need then its unhealthier. I'm speaking from experience as someone who used to not eat a lot to lose weight. It made me get tired really fast, my skin and hair got messed up, I had stomach issues, and made my mental health way worse. I now eat a healthy amount everyday and I feel a lot better.

The USDA minimum caloric intake for adults is around 2100. I sometimes consume as much as 4000-5000 in a single day, although that's only once in a while.

Nope. Growing girls need about 2000 calories a day with protein.

900 calories are very less to neet nutritious needs, so unless you're obese/overweight and trying to lose *a lot* of weight, this is unhealthy

That depends on the BMI and BMR of that person. But 900 calorie looks less. If someone is on diet and wants to cut on calorie then it's fine.
