is this a good daily caloric intake, also taking 2500 additional steps on top of the walking i do throughout the day, 30 pushups and 30 situps. (will up the pushups and situps as the soreness weens from getting used to them) 5'11 242lbs down from 260.

forgot to add, i added the egg and turkey bacon for dinner to get the cals up a little bit more.
