I think what works best for me in my daily routine is waking up with the sunshine đ So, what are yours?
Food: I eat mostly whole foods and homemade foods. I ensure to eat apple and lettuce everyday with each meal.
Exercise: I exercise at least 4 to 5 days per week. Exercises comprised of running, resistant training, HIIT, and yoga.
Hobbies: I engage in my hobbies regularly.
Relationships: I keep regular contacts with a small group of friends and relatives.

During peak performance days, I'll wake up, put my feet on the bed and hands on the floor and do 50 pushups. Then I drink a glass of ice cold water and take a hot shower finishing with cold water. If I follow those steps, I always feel pretty energized and awake and usually much more productive on those days. I'm usually a pretty lazy person though, so those days are rare.

Whenever i feel down i either do some selfcare routine (skin care, manicure etc). If i'm alone i play guitar or practice drums. If can't, then i try to do some chores so that i feel like i have less things to do and become a little bit more relaxed.

Make myself a good breakfast, water and tend to my garden and plants, make up my bed, check my to-do list... keep my home clean and organized.
I wear a CPAP machine at night. It sort of sucks but it is supposed to be good for me.
Waking up at the same time or around the same time every day because I had serious problems with my sleep schedule last year. I try to drink a lot more water and have decreased the amount of soda I drink.
I go on a lot of walks. I also enjoy getting up early to watch the sunrise, on occasion.
I go to bed early and wake up early in the morning. Eat light nutritious food during the day and I recently started swimming every morning.
I might start working out this summer... for the very first time in my life, lmao
because I don't think I'll be doing much sports when it's 100F plus outside...30 minutes of cardio.
And since starting "the bible in a year" I listen to one part (of 365) every day. I try to get a prayer in every day as well but I'll admit I don't always get that in.
