How often do you change your sheets?

I just read a fun fact that the average person changes thier sheets about every 24 days.

24 days? 😳😳😳 I change them every fourth day! I must change them often or I can't relax. Also, even though I go to bed after shower or bath, I still feel the need fresh bedsheet for my face to rest or I get worried about dust allergy, itchiness and stuff. So, yeah 😐

Yeah I was kind of surprised to hear 24 days. That's why it doesn't surprise me most people are responding more frequently here. I would say I have a set regiment. I change them whenever I feel they're dirty. And that can vary. I shower in the morning. And the article did say those that shower in the morning generally changed it sooner than the 24 day avg. But also the temp plays a factor. I'm go to perspire more in the summer months while sleeping. So the sheets are just going to feel like they're getting grimy quicker.

I felt my skin itch when I read 24 hours, to be honest. I am bit obsessed with cleaning and fresh clothes, bedsheets and all. So, that did shock me but then again most people don't have dust allergy and don't feel the need to change it unless it looks dirty.

Yours is more reasonable. You change it often during summers because you need the sheets to feel clean not just look clean.

Just imagine someone feeling the need to change the sheets and blankets too often and they didn't have a washing machine at home or laundry nearby...😳 I just got nervous at that thought, LMAO

Every other week if I sleep with underwear on.. once a week if I sleep without underwear on 🤓

My sheets are changed & washed weekly just like my blankets & I clean my house weekly as well.
