It's once a week for me.\nI just sleep so much better when sheets are fresh and and tight to my bed.\n I have a pillow top and then I have memory foam on top of that sew, my sheets.\n Are weird the way they fit so I want my bottom sheet tight against the mattress.\nPlus I just sleep 100 times better when I have clean. Sheets on

It will change depending on the weather and how often I'm home. If I'm traveling for several weeks or out of town on business less. Home more or it's warmer and the heat gets to me then definitely more as well.

I'd prefer every 1-2 weeks, but my apartment doesn't have a washer & dryer, and i would need to bicycle across town to spend $10 every time i wash them, and i dont have enough sheet sets to keep doing it. I usually just air out my sheets and use disinfectant spray until i needs to change them. I usually change it once it starts to smell

I've been sleeping in a recliner for 35+ years, not a bed.

I use towels on the recliner back and seat in order to keep the chair clean.

I wash them every few days up to about a week.
Sooner if needed.
