What’s your ideal weight?

I just recovered from Covid and when I stood on scales, I was so happy seems like I lost 1 kg because I had no appetite. I am now 47 kg, that’s my ideal weight.

Congratulations on your goal! I am at my ideal weight now (82kg) more or less, though I would be happy being anywhere from 79kg-84kg. For me it is more dependent on body fat %, and although I am at my ideal weight, my ideal body fat % is around 10%, though right now it is around 18%.

Also glad to hear you recovered from Covid. It was not fun for me, I really thought I might die at some points. :/

Thank you, It was my 2nd time, the first time was much easier, this time I had a fever for two days and got a bit more scared cause I am totally alone here in another country. But I recovered after 3 days.

I am happy you recovered as well! When did you have it? How are you now?

It was the same for me. Well I don't know if the first time was COVID or not, but I got really sick at the beginning of 2019. Then I got sick for about a day after the vaccine booster shot, but it wasn't terrible. My second time getting sick though I was delirious with fever and soaking wet, shivering, all alone with no one really to contact and I was too delirious and weak to even make a phone call. I couldn't even muster the will power and strength to drink water from a bottle three feet away. Or rather, I would, but it took everything in me and half the time I just passed out and woke up again 5 minutes later from the pain of swallowing and would try to get it together to drink water. It was pretty wild.

Now I'm good. Just finished my penultimate semester of nursing school, I finish at the end of the year. happy and healthy and have a plan to maybe quit my job. I'm going to tell them I'm taking August off, and if they want me back in September I'll go, but if they don't want me back, I'm fine with that as well.
