I am 5’6” and would like to weigh 155
I got up to 205 during Covid.
At 6’2 I’d like to be a lean, muscly 210-215. That NFL skill position player body type. But I don’t think I have the frame for that without steroids, lmao. I can wear up to 225 pretty well while still being doughy, but I wouldn’t want to take my shirt off at the beach. I’m like 190-ish right now, body fat scale says I’m a little over 10% body fat (however accurate that even is), I think I look pretty good, but I just wish I was heavier. And I wish my stomach wasn’t the first place extra fat goes to, lmao. I’m at the gym lifting, and I get self-conscious of my own mirror reflection if I have a light colored shirt on and I can see any sign of a paunch when my shirt is tightened against my torso😅 Everyone at my gym is half my age and still hot-by-accident, so I’m really feeling the pressure in there😂 But then I play hockey by night, walking around a bunch of bare ass dudes in the locker room, and obviously I’m not checking people out, lmao, but you’ll get accidental glimpses you don’t want to see😂 And my takeaway is usually “Jesus, guys…think of your wives”😂😂😂 I don’t know who you ladies fuck us on a physical level, even the best of us look pretty mid when we’re naked💀💀💀
*I don’t know how
Simple… You make him keep his shirt on 🤣🤣🤣
I'm six one 175 when I was in my 20s I was always 26. I've always been small but tall. Then in my 30s and 40s we jumped up to 175 looked at myself said hey. I'm a 36. I think I'll maintain this and never thought of it again. Eat what I'm on and I don't care what it is. Drink what I want but not too much acid. I don't worry about my weight. Don't even give it a second thought. My body knows how to maintain itself but I eat eat what I enjoy. That's what life's about. Don't worries My body's know how to take care of itself. It's only when you worry about it that you throw it out. Of whack put all this damn pills and medicine to do this. Do that come on man? Your body is the most perfect machine ever created. Just give it what it needs. Food? Water rest. It'll take care of everything else. I need no junk like pills, vitamins and dietary. It's the best sorting machine once you put in it distributes equally. What is junk? It kicks out. It's just simple 135 is how long it should last you but you barely make it to 70 short changing yourself half your life. That's real
Blimey, luv, have you heard the latest American fad? They're not even getting their fast food through the drive-thru anymore! Oh, no, they're sitting on their bums at home and ordering it all through a mobile app! Now then, luv, I ain't one to mince me words, so I'll tell it to ya straight. Aye, you might be a tad on the wildebeest side, but let's not go throwin' 'round words like "fat" or "American" now, eh? Chin up and carry on for you queen, 'cause that's the British way, innit? 🇬🇧❤️
According to BMI, anything between 98 and 132 lbs. But I feel the best when weigh 100-105 lbs

I am six one... and around 200lbs
so that's about right to me because it feels ideal to me and the sports I do... it's a good balance between force and speed, and it does not cut down on agility and it doesn't wear me down in stamina
any more wait, which means more muscle mass... starts to feel too heavy and that's not ideal... and any less weight than that, which means a lot less muscle mass, that starts to feel a lot less energetic and less potent
so, I keep it around 200lbs, that feels on point...
also, it makes me eat more and eat better... much more protein intake and all the other kinds of good stuff as well, I sure drink a whole lot more water as well
You are an athletic person. What sports do you do?
@selfish-and-cruel mostly... football soccer, that's the one I play the most, there's some football... and a little bit of rugby sometimes
did some kick-boxing and boxing back in the days
I'm 5ft 8in and weigh around 68kg..
Pretty standard ideal is about where I am , but , Id really love to be 80kg , but with less body fat than now , so really all muscle , this would be really really tough for me , so I'm going to try piece by piece..
In conjunction with intermittent fasting and a high protein , low carb diet , I will first try and get to low 70s with muscle no flab at all..
I'm a little high on BMI/FFMI having trained rigorously all my life but I'm 5'7 and generally tend to be quite lean (washboard, but not to the level of ab veins) at around 165-170lbs. I've grown a bit chubby over the pandemic years being a homebody and now close to 180lbs. Hoping to correct it this year.
Quit alcohol to hopefully facilitate the process (3 months clean so far; longest record in over 20 years). I have a bad habit of getting out of shape and back in shape. Used to be able to do it very rapidly in my 20s and even 30s but I'm starting to feel old, so hoping cutting out alcohol entirely will help me a bit. Currently on crutches healing from an ankle sprain but determined to go out and start training again once I recover.
I would LIKE to get back to 190-ish but, I've been stuck around 230 for a number of years because I lost all the stuff I used to do to stay skinny. No pool to swim in, no place to walk, no bike to ride, no band to play drums in and no place to set up my drums, no girlfriend to fuck several times a week and no job other than writing and occasional voice acting.
I was at my best shape at 169. I dropped down to 125 after my heart attack and am slowly working my way back up. I may not get back there but I'd like to at least see 155-159, which was my fighting weight in the Army.
I Lost 15 pounds and Right Now Way after Christmas, I am 135. I Look and Feel Great But in My Life, I Have Been Way Less. At My Age Now, I am Happy to Get to Maybe 130. xxoo
I’m good with my current weight and I’m right where it says I should be for my age and height… My thing is wish I was more firm, less flab🤦🏼♀️
I weight 62kgs. It's a tall order but I'm really hoping to get to 70kgs. After years of being underweight (picqued at 55kgs in 2023) I'm slowly making changes
I currently weigh 180, I prefer to stay around 165. Transitioning into more of an office job saw me put on some weight- I was up to 195 a month ago.
if i was able to return to 70-75 kg i would have my perfect body and solid almost diamond like abs back
I think mine is anything under 15% bodyfat. Rn I'm around 10-12. I weigh 157lbs rn
I'm 5-8 and weight between 156 and 160. I would like to be 145-150.
My best weight is 103 lbs, I fluctuate between 105-110 lbs. I am approximately 5’3”
I was 231 and gave up sodas except for a swallow every now and then. But now I’m 217. I wish I could be under 200
I’d like to be in the 220ish range, sitting at like 275 right now and trying to get some muscle and strength before dropping the excess
i'm 127 lbs. i used to be 117 lbs. so i'm trying to lose 10 lbs. i know it's not much, but i'm a pretty small girl so i notice the difference.
I wanna be at least 200 pounds.. but all muscle
If it's fat.. it's easy.. just give me a month
But Muscle growth is super slow... like 10 pounds a year if you don't use steroids 😶
I'm 6'2 and hover around 195 with under 10% body fat. I think this is about perfect for me, irrespective of what BMI charts say.
I think 175-180 would be good for me but I weigh 195 right now, it doesn’t look bad though because I’m 5”10”
It is very hard for me to get under 130 as I am so top-heavy.
