Would you rather deal with being underweight or overweight?
Previously I would have said that it didn't matter in that each was equally difficult but now I think with the availability of GLP 1 agonists such as semaglutide weight loss may be actually easier.

Gaining weight would be more fun than losing it. Eating is much more enjoyingable than dieting

The only time weight is important is when you need to make a weight class in some sort of sport. Otherwise, weight goes up and down and there isn't much reason to pay attention to it. I just focus on ability and general health. If I can do what I want to do, then I'm strong enough. If I struggle then I need to work on getting stronger, faster, building more stamina, conditioning muscle memory, or whatever. When you eat, build muscle, your bone density increases, etc. your weight goes up. BMI is bullshit. If you are physically capable and don't have health problems then keep doing what you're doing.
I'd rather deal with being underweight and trying to gain than lose. Losing weight is so fucking hard. A lot of people just don't understand how hard it is. 😢
I am underweight and have been struggling for many years but I rather be underweight than overweight. I just need to eat more and move less.. I walk really fast with my short legs😂
Gain, because I probably need to eat more calories anyway.
I would really really hate being fat. Also, I've been slightly underweight (just barely according to BMI) within my recent memory and now I have gained a fair amount of what I believe to be muscle, so I know exactly how to fix that.
I lose 10 weight totally 3 week for diet :)
