My gym performance gets slowly worse day by day
I would describe overtraining as you aren't taking enough rest as it is required after getting a proper excercise and you are doing ur excercise more and more that ain't required resulting in your stamina loss and no growth

Then you're overtraining. That's why it's getting worse. You're a male not a female why overthink it?
I think I over trained at my old job cause I was on my feet for 7 - 10 hours a day (busing and waiting before shift started). It led to me having a weak heart for some months but now my heart is healthy and strong again.
Do you incorporate enough rest for every muscle group. Heavy training requires 48 h of minimal rest.

Not good to overdo it. I reckon if you are getting less exercise each day, you are overdoing it until the point you cannot recover properly.
