I work in a salmon fish factory but the hand tools have given me very bad hand and shoulder pain what should I do?

A common problem... if you have health insurance, go to a Physical Therapist... and find out what you can do to relieve the problem... I have had a job that required repetitive motion of the elbow and I had tendinitis for probably a year and had to wear a support for the elbow.
Get some help through your Health care,

Yes I have something else lined up. I couldn’t bare another second pressing on those metal plyers
