A common problem... if you have health insurance, go to a Physical Therapist... and find out what you can do to relieve the problem... I have had a job that required repetitive motion of the elbow and I had tendinitis for probably a year and had to wear a support for the elbow.
Get some help through your Health care,
Talk to your boss or supervisor and see if there's another solution
Invest in better tools
