Its a fasting diet basically , but you need to look at it holistically , its perfectly fine to do a 3 day fasting program , and it can be very beneficial , but don't use the word " Diet " , start this way , then move to an intermittent fasting program , cut out ALL processed crap , try and cut out ALL processed sugar , from there make all the required lifestyle changes , if you only fast for 3 days , then don't continue and just go back to KFC you will get fatter , it needs to be holistic , not temporary.
But , yep water only for 3 days , is a good start , just don't slip back , make it a real goal , real lifestyle.
