I have an unpredictable work schedule, which makes it challenging to find the ideal time for my workouts. As a catering assistant at my university, my shifts can exceed 8 hours on certain days, while other days I have no work at all. Additionally, I lack a fixed schedule, which further complicates matters. The physically demanding nature of my long shifts makes it even harder to establish a consistent routine, particularly if I want to complete a Chloe Ting program.
