I have an unpredictable work schedule, which makes it challenging to find the ideal time for my workouts. As a catering assistant at my university, my shifts can exceed 8 hours on certain days, while other days I have no work at all. Additionally, I lack a fixed schedule, which further complicates matters. The physically demanding nature of my long shifts makes it even harder to establish a consistent routine, particularly if I want to complete a Chloe Ting program. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions on how to overcome these obstacles and adhere to a workout schedule.

That's WHY i started getting up early. If it's a late night at work I just go straight to bed. No "me time"... no "I'ma just unwind first" just pop some melatonin and go to bed. I get up every day between 0330 and 0400 so I can get started on what's important to ME, mainly my rescue kittens and my health. Very little is going to interfere with it at that time, and certainly not the biggest interference of all... excuses.
You can crush this. You WILL crush this. Just because you actually care, you are already starting to crush this.
10-20 minutes of Isochain isometric workout every 2 days. You can buy a commercial one or build your own. Your needs will determine the time you do each static lift for. This routine will also benefit you in your job and overall.
