I have been working out for a few months now, 3-4 days a week, 1-2 hours per each workout day, there's basically three different workout days:
Day 1: chest, shoulder, tricep, Day 2: back bicep forearm, Day 3: abs and legs
But for the coming few months I will be really busy with work and I have to stay somewhere else, so I won't have the time to workout as hard anymore, plus I won't have my dumbbells with me.
Any ideas guys like on a home full body home workout that can at least help me to maintain what I have achieved so far? or else I feel like all my hard work for the past months will be gone to waste haha Thanks!

Build or get someone to make one of these and do all of the same lifts. Or you can just get a vulken gymnastic numbered strap, a lat pulldown bar and a decent board to stand on and use that. My workouts are 30 minutes every 2 days isometrics only. I no longer use dumbbells or barbells.

The problem with body weight is the difficulty in progressive overload and the inaccuracy of it. You could bulk up doing so, but eventually you would get to a point where it would be impractical. How many pushups would you end up doing before time was an issue? how much weight could you add to a bag on your back?
You could use resistance bands with pushups I guess but again, that is a lot of guesswork. Some use weighted vests but those are bad for the spine. Some use resistance band bars:
I see, that makes sense, but there are like different variations of bodyweight exercises that gets harder, like for pushup , there are wide push ups, handclap push ups, which i assume is sort of progressive overloading is that right?
Yes that's true, but you will still get to a point where you will need to do so many in order to keep progressing. That would be suitable for a short time but if you want real gainz, I think only the other methods will do. See this discussion here:

You're welcome. It's the best thing I ever discovered. I gave away all of my dumbbells and barbells shortly after.
