    I start off my workouts with stretching. Stretching can help with flexibility and help with motion and helps with “gains”. So I stretch and then go do weights. I end my workouts doing some form of cardio like the row machine, treadmill, stair master or cycle machines etc.
    My week workout plan:
    Monday- glutes and legs
    Tuesday- back and delts
    Wednesday- glutes and core
    Thursday- arms and calves
    Friday- glues and hammies
    Saturday- cardio and core


    All my workouts I end with some form of intense cardio ranging from 15-30 minutes.
    Want to be more flexible? All of this means you have to put in a lot of time and effort. Even stretching at home whenever. So good for mobility especially as you get older

    I do now very much so , but in my days of corporate , well really not enough , I was always okey , and my step count was high , and I worked out a bit , but I never got 8 hours sleep , and I didn't focus on diet enough , drank too much , all the usual stuff , stress , and the timing of all this stuff.

    But , I commend all those people who do make that time.

    I don't. I only do overcoming isometric exercises which gives you cardio, flexibility, strength, muscle, tendon strength and increases speed. People over-complicate stuff but that is what sells, not simplicity. I just do a warmup using a Sanddune Stepper and then do Isochain routines.

    I prioritize the strength training & then leave the others for either another time of the day or another day entirely. But I never do them on my full rest days.

    I try to get up at 5AM and get to the gym at least once during the week. This is in addition to the two back to back workouts I have on the weekend. It is hard working full time. I am often exhausted.

    I use a rogue echo stationary, do body weight exercises but I'm pretty bad about stretching. I do stretches every morning with my kids but it's not extensive like a yoga routine or anything.
