AND WHAT ARE YOU DOING ABOUT IT?
195 lbs. Been the same for like the last 6 months. I'm pretty muscular though so I know the weight is not a bunch of fat. I am worried though because I've dropped from 215 lbs. 5'10" tall so I'm guessing I lost some muscle.
I know to hide my weight though because most people will assume I'm an obese fatso.

I don't think so though. Some people get stuck on numbers though and even more people don't understand that a pound of muscle is much smaller than a pound of fat. Just look at all the chicks that freak out that they're gaining weight when they're working out and looking better in the mirror, but they are gaining weight. That scale is their worst enemy in my opinion... just stick to the mirror.
I hit the weights every day... and then do calf and deltoids with cardio every day later in the evening. My progressive overload is done with micro weights so 0.25lbs/day and I imagine I'll be fucking huge when I get 80 years old. Everyone in my family lives to about 110 years old so even though I drink and smoke like a gangsta from the hood... I'm more worried about getting hit by a car or getting shot to death.
Anyways, I stand firm on saying I'm always around 200lbs. But if I show up next year with monster teenage mutant ninja turtle deltoids... I'll be trying to make 300lbs before I'm 50.
No, you’re not a fatso.
GOOD JOB, 👍!!
You should teach more men to be like you.
Don’t let them fall into depression and loneliness.
Kept my weight between 165 and 170 for over a year straight now by just controlling what and how much I eat and supplementing with daily 3mi bike ride, regardless of weather.
Its not hard. Just have a vision and stay committed. One will find this same philosophy applies to many other areas of life.
I’m currently 119 lbs at 4’10 and I am currently at the gym 5 times a week and am on a strict meal plan. I see a personal trainer twice a week
How much does the PT cost and what specifically do they do?
$350 a month unfortunately because I am seeing a trainer through a brand game gym, however I’ve been taught proper form, as she has taught me better result exercises, I’m not in the gym as long as I used to be, I’m actually seeing results as people around me see how incredible my results are, she is also helping me not plateau in my muscle gain and weight loss.
But you don’t have to loose a lot of weight right? At your height?
So you were overweight or obese?
Right now I weigh 48 kg, I ate pretty well today. In the morning I weigh 47 kg.
My height is 160 cm.

Yes. Morning protein loading.
135-140 and I ain't doing anything about it since I'm trying to keep some weight for breastfeeding
Over 300 lbs. and I'd LOVE to lose at least 100!! at the moment, there's not much I CAN do about it! There's not really anyplace here to walk, THE bus never shows the fuck up anywhere CLOSE to on time so, I can't depend on it to get me anywhere I wanna go when I wanna go there, I don't have a bike and the house is so full of shit from my aunt that I can''t even bring up my fucking drums to have a bash!!
189 lbs and 5'10. I would like to be in the 175 lb area again. I have an outdoor gym and been cross country running more lately, just to lean up.
I’m lighter than air but still have a beer pouch…I can do 5 chins good form with 55 of iron strapped to me but this fking little beer pooch won’t leave. I only have like 8 beers a week do I really need to give it up completely? Maybe just add more cardio../
I'm almost back to my pre pregnancy weight of 140 lbs. (163.5 kgs.)
143 at 5'0".
Just drinking a lot of water and hardly eating.
I have not wrestled or boxed in years. I can confidentially say that I don’t really care how much I weigh.
Yeah, why is there a question as to how much I weighed? It says right on my profile.
Do I need to do something about it? My doctor's cool with it.
No, I have no idea. I haven't weighed myself in many years.
my height is 180cm and the weight is 74kg
70kg could be better but I'am too lazy
