No, these are a health gimmick and do not work. My MIL has Lymphodema and she has an $8K lymphatic leg pump. It has sleeves that cover her legs from crotch to toes. The pumps uses compression in gradual waves all the way up the leg to push out the excess lymphatic fluid. If it works you should be running to the bathroom to pee that fluid off. I seriously doubt that a bracelet would do that.
