as a functioning human, 100 percent happens, we have highs and lows, good and bad days, i work in healthcare so i get a day here or there like that.

It does happen sometimes, you feel down and want to cry.
But that's the time you need someone to stay with you even if they don't ask or you don't want to talk a little company always help.

+1 yNo, I try to be gentle to myself and not judge myself too hard for occasionally feeling sad or depressed. I am just a human. It means I am alive.
I always know the reason why I am the way I am, because I usually do a lot of self reflection.

It would happen when I was young. There was usually an underlying reason but sometimes it took time to figure it out. Try to give yourself something nice like good food or a relaxing bath.

Absolutely. Getting down to the source is difficult. Trying to figure out if I saw, heard, smelt or tasted something that subconsciously reminded me of someone or something
Opinion Owner+1 yYeah your right and there are so many different things that can bring up those things. I feel more down at times in certain places as they bring back memories some good some bad. But even the good ones can make you sad.
It's part of why I do go to therapy tho I miss the medication I was on at one time.

Reasons can be depression, PMS, the weather, lack of vitamin B.
