Trending & News Just because your HR (heart rate) is WNL (within normal limits) doesn’t mean it’s always good, especially if you’re doing nothing w a high HR. Plus you’re young. An elevated HR while resting may indicate stress, pain, anxiety, etc. Maybe your potassium is low, maybe you’re dehydrated. My girl’s HR goes up when her sugars are low. But regardless if you’re concerned get it checked out. Don’t take the advice of strangers online. by the way I’m a gardener lol just felt I’d mention that since others wanted to chime in on their profession. I’m 275 lbs, big yes but my HR resting is usually in the low 70s.
84 is high for a resting rate. Are you obese? Mine is around 45 but I do a lot of cardio.
As for the question, do you mean lying down or when not telling the truth?
when am resting its 84..
when i run or to do something required efforts its up to 110-120
i have this problem 2 years ago after i got covid 19 exactly
am 75 kg
178 cm
i'd talk to your primary care physician get an echocardiogram, would be interested to see if there's some sort of blockage or reduced chamber function, the latter of which would definitely explain your symptoms and could be post covid related
thank u dear 👍
You're not much bigger than me. Is it... normal to athletic, I guess you COULD theoretically still be "skinnyfat"... though I don't actually believe that... I gotta ask.
i dont do sports i dont walk that much...
i walk almost in average for 1km daily
This chart takes into account fitness level as well:

My cardiologist would admit me if I ever had a resting heart rate that high, but that's also because he knows ME well and knows how anomalous that would be.
I have problems, concerns, and fear of a situation related to war and economic problems, and I am about to go to compulsory military service if I do not travel. I think stress plays a role in making me uncomfortable and anxious
Which country which branch? you may enjoy it. i had a blast when i was in the army. stress will certainly do it
syria 😔
am rated poor on that excel
I got a couple buddies in syria. They're not hating life anymore. The bad days are largely over. How long is your service and how long is your deployment?
its about 10 years
the life here is wrost than the jail...
we can not even get visa to advanced country...
everything is super expensive here
i. can earn for maximum 25-30 $ mounthly then i need 200 for minimum for living
you have 10 years mandatory service? holy hell what country is that?
bro if u don't believe me u can ask ur friends.. about how things going on in syria
it's ok i believe that the god will save me in the right time
I know economically Syria is a shitehole right now and the hyperinflation is a MF to be sure. But we've fought in far worse places and made it back okay. You'll be okay too. That said, may be a good time to start getting in shape. Walking 1km/day... I'm going to be honest brother army life is going to be REAL rough if that's the standard now. More you train now the less you suffer later.
I don't know am dissapointed now bro
The average resting bpm is anywhere between 60-100 bpm. Anything above 100 bpm while resting is usually a sign of illness, anxiety, or cardiac issues. Having 84 while sitting down isn’t life-threatening or endangering. More athletic people typically have a resting bpm down in the 40 region so it just sounds like you don’t play sports, which is normal for someone your age.
i wish that 👍
i work in healthcare wish people who did not attend medical school would stop giving false and inaccurate info. normal range of resting heart rate is 60-100 bpm the lower in that range the more efficient your heart is functioning.
it sounds so good to get an experience person here on my question.. thanks dear
my blood pressure is mostly around 120/45
wht do u think the reason can be?
I measure it several times in one day and stop monitoring it for months. The result is similar in both hands. Sometimes the diastolic pressure is 40 even.. In general, I have a heart rate, sometimes I feel the strength of the knocking and it is relatively fast. Sometimes when I am stressed or hard at work, I yawn several times, and I feel the need to sit down. It is exaggerated and excessive fatigue. Generally weak focus and little energy
should i download drs app?
lol i appreciate ur help so much..
thank u lol.
wish u be always in a good health 👍

Seems high to me if you are lying down. 60 would be better.
Suggest you get a blood pressure check first. Local pharmacy might do it for you.
@Jessica405
Great idea. RHR alone doesn't tell the whole story
i have the blood pressure meter..
it gives me most of times
12/4-5
Uhm... i'm used to mmHG on blood pressure... no idea what 12/4-5 means
what measurement is that? what... unit?
@BoopBoopBeep Same here. MmHG.
its like
120/45
my meter machine is American brand
sometimes it gives me 120/40
It is the lower reading that matters most. 40 to 45 sounds low to me.
That 40 is dangerously low if nobody knows why it's like that. You need to get that looked at.
i think so..
i think thats the main reason to make me tired and high heart beat...
i think i have to see a doctor
@BoopBoopBeep I agree. Might be the machine has a prroblem, though.
maybe 👍
@Jessica405
good point!
The normal resting heart rate is between 60 and 100 bpm. Therefore, you’re within normal range. 😌
ah ok thanks
lol thanks i appreciate ur advices 😍😍👍
mines nearer 55 beats per minute
ur more healthy than me...
i dont drink and never smoke..
I don't know why!
am scared to see a doctor
When I was your age. Mine was around 60 bpm.
