Do you believe that Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity is real?

Electromagnetic hypersensitivity (EHS) is a pseudoscientific claimed sensitivity to electromagnetic fields, to which negative symptoms are attributed. EHS has no scientific basis and is not a recognised medical diagnosis.

I ask because recently I've had episodes where being near active electric appliances and devices caused me to feel headaches, dizziness and discomfort. However, I believe this reaction is mostly pyschosomatic, because when things are going well I don't have those issues, but as soon as the stress flares up so do the symptoms. My therapists suggested breathing exercises to counter the reaction, as I've been in low-key panic mode for at least two weeks now.
