Hi girls. I see a lot of girls lifting quite heavy lately. There is also a lot of focus in social media on girls strength training You see girls on instagram and tiktok showing off, etc hip thrusting crazy amounts. So I was just curious to hear how heavy do you lift in the three basic lifts. Would be cool if you could also include information about your height, weight and how long you have been working out.

What Girls Said
I pretty much only do hip thrusts as far as that type of exercise goes. I've only been working out about 4 months, so right now my Max is 160. I usually do two sets of 10 145lbs, then one set of 155 or 160 depending on how good I'm feeling. There's a lady at the gym who is kind of like the local gym lady, and she does like 300lbs. It's pretty crazy, but she's absolutely ripped. I don't know how much I could in just 3 reps, I've never tried so I don't know if I could really do much more weight at all. I'm 5'3 and I weigh 129 now, 125 whenever I first started. I've select off quite a bit in the past 2 months because of how busy it's been, but whenever I was working out more consistently I was up to 132.
I have far more important things to worry about.
Certainly not my discipline at all.
