I’m trying to improve it. I’m the same and I’m used to frozen dinners etc. Breakfast is usually my healthiest meal but I wanna change and have a better diet.
I would say my healthiest meal is dinner since I actually cook now when I'm home. I don't eat breakfast because I am intermittent fasting. I wish my lunch could be healthier and not a frozen dinner. 😒
Meat heavy with vegetables to supplement. I've no issues.
I wish I could just eat meat and veggies. That would certainly help me lose more weight faster.

I think I have a lot of willpower. I have cut back a lot on the carbs and only eating healthy carbs. I have lost some weight but I know I could lose more if I was super low carb like you.
You don't have to cut out carbs to be healthy. It's something I would like to do to speed up my weight loss but it's not something I have to do to lose the weight. It's just going to be a lot slower. Kudos to you for being able to have such a strict diet but I'm not going to deprive myself just to get into my goal weight faster. I've had an ED in the past so doing restrictive diets is not healthy for me. Having carbs is good for me. I just have to focus on eating the right ones which I am doing now.
When I asked you what was stopping you from eating meat and vegetables, you said it was because you love carbs too much. So yes, for you, clearly carbs need to be cut out in order for you to eat how you say you want to eat.
This isn't a diet. This is legit most of what I have available. Meat, and vegetables. I don't have big grocery stores nearby I can just spring to and diversify. This is necessity otherwise I'd starve over winter.

I have no "diet". I eat healthy around or below my BMR x activity level, so I keep my fat/muscle ratio.
