Does anyone here intermittent fast?

I eat from 12pm to 6pm. And fast after 6pm until 12pm the next day. So I typically do 18/6.

I wake up, drink a pint of water with apple cider vinegar. Then I drink coffee until about two or three in the afternoon.. I have pickles and olives and a little bit of beef jerky in my office and I’ll snack on just a little bit of that until I can get home and have dinner. Dinner is meat and green vegetables.. and more water. And then I don’t eat anything else until I snack a little bit the following afternoon.
I started at the beginning of July, and I’ve lost 15 pounds. I have 15 more to go and hope to be down to my target weight by the end of August.

Yep that's also true. That's why I try to keep snacks away as much as possible to avoid temptation.
