Are You A "FAST" Person?

Question

Me:  My husband used to always say I walked too fast, slow down lol At work yesterday, a new guy was "Damn, how old are you 37? You work so fast, I can't keep up with you" But he's new and still learning so told him not to try to keep up with me, go at the pace comfortable to him.. But anyone that knows me lol I just had to give him shit, "Oh so I move like I'm 37, I don't look like it eh🤔" 🤣🤣

I hate that I have to admit it but I have been for at least the entire "adulthood" of my life which to me starts in general when a human turns 20, no matter if you are mature enough for your age or not.
Have I learned or even quickly even landed despite being too fast at times has lead to a real burnout and almost another one?
I do not think so.
Do I think about it even if it has a negative effect of my mental health?
More than I should for my own sake probably.
But why? I am that type of person who unwillingly thinks about all kinds of things constantly, not when I sleep though. That could even be the reason why I have stopped dreaming while sleeping or dreaming in general.
I am in the middle of choosing which path I need to take if I want to continue to develop at all, neither of the paths feels right and I am done with everything I have been through in life this far, but I feel totally lost which has lead towards one thing only, lack of motivation.
I wish that I someday can become the light worker I was brought here to be, or just live again with passion!
My patience is high, and I rarely even get mad about anyone for their flaws, but that will never keep me from speaking my mind againsr right and wrong when truly needed.

I strive for efficiency and ways to get things done as quickly and easily as possible. So, with many tasks, I'm fast. That's how I am with housework, shopping, etc.

With some jobs I had, I was super efficient and methodical. I would jog from one place to another to speed up my tasks. But I did that to finish what I was suppose to do so that I had time to screw around and not slog my ass off all day.

But with some things, I'm methodical and detailed. I want excellent outcomes as oppose to moving on as fast as possible. Quality rather than quantity. For example, when I was a claims adjuster/appraiser, I was kind of slow, but it made for less work in the long run. It made my life easier and my bosses loved me.

So it depends on the task at hand.

Yeah people say so. No wonder I am given the leader position in any group I'm because things are done more fast like that and in more creative and unique way. I am young only so I won't be barging about how fast I do things physically lol because that is how I should be in this age. I will say that my thinking process is more fast. My average time to write a poem (4-6 stanzas) is 2 mins, average time to write a short story is 10 mins, average time to write a chapter of novel is 15 mins (yeah too long) and average time to write song is 5 mins. I was once sulking thinking that my average time to do writing stuff (my main focus as my passion and future career) is so slow and I said it to my cousin asking for tips how to do these all stuff fast. He was like, "Ma'am why are you tryna make me feel low? Dammit I can't even write a poem in duration of 2 hrs and you can already write one in 2 mins!" lol.

Depends. I am an observer and make quick decisions with life and diff. ideas.
I do things at my own pace. To ensure that it’s efficient and accurate.
walking… depends if I am taking leasuire walks to admire the natural beauty of my surroundings. I like to walk slow to touch and smell the plants/flowers.
however, if I needs to I run around getting stuff down…I have a lot of energy. My mom used to tell me to stop acting like a 12 yr. old. I am all over the place, my parents can’t never find me because I’m fast. I talked them about it… they just said that’s who I am.
food, I like to sit down with no interruptions just enjoy the meal that we worked hard to enjoy. I also stopped everything and listen to my children’s’ every word of joy and concern so I hear them to be there to listen and help or celebrate if needed to.

I used to be fast at everything, but I worked hard at slowing my pace. My husband and kids complain that I walk too slow now, but the way I see it is that I'm typically waiting for them to catch up to me. Example: my car automatically locks when I walk away with the keys... UNLESS a door isn't closed and then it starts beeping to let me know it failed to lock. Well, this happens when they're with me. I'm half way across the parking lot and they're still getting out of the car. 🙄

I'm the ultimate. Aside from wanting to do everything quickly and optimize it further, sprint to stores rather than walk, dash up and downstairs instead of taking escalators/elevators, I was also a competitive sprinter in my youth. Speeeeeeeeed!

Speeeeed! Dodge bullets, grab a throwing ax and throw it back, knock rider off the horse. Hang from a tree, do backflips, handstands, move move move. Chair is for 2 mins. Gotta move! Move fast!

I am a very fast person when it comes to work. Same when shopping I know what I want I get it and keep moving. when I'm going to be doing something for someone else I do slow down. And the are a few things I will make it s point to go very slow motion

I am a relatively fast person... depending on the circumstances. I'm a faster walker (I hate walking behind or along slow people!) My coworkers always pick on me because they say I "walk too fast." I tell them maybe they just walk too slow, or their legs are too short to keep up, LOL
But if it's something that doesn't interest me or I'm not looking forward to, I can be slow as molasses.

Especially when it comes to moving, I am really used to walking in what can be considered a fast pace unintentionally 😅.

Have also been told multiple times to slow done to catch a breath when I'm talking 😂

I used to walk faster than most people and would sometimes get annoyed when with a group of friends that walked too slow for my usual pace, but over time I got used to walking slower after working in schools and having to lead classes around campus with frequent stops.

I use to love running when I was younger. I did long distance and sprints. I kinda regret cutting that off early. Man was I fast, and I jumped high too. Nowadays in just a fast walker. But I do like to ride my bike fast when I do ride.
