I just hallucinated that I was in living room and then wanted to go to my room, so I opened my eyes to go but then realised I'm in car lol
I mean they are so realistic
Does it happen the second you close your eyes or do you have to be asleep?
Tbh I thought I was dreaming. The last time I was clapping while my eyes were closed and I saw another thing. So no I wasn't asleep at all

I close my eyes and see people I know. They talk to me but they talk nonsense and act weird, they aren't normal

I had depression. I was using antidepressants and antipyschotic. But I stopped using them
That could explain it then. If you had been using antipsychotics for a while and then stopped, psychosis symptoms usually occur for a while until your brain regulates again.
But I stopped using antipsychotic like 3 months ago and stopped antidepressants 3 weeks ago. I know I'm faulty but I stopped taking them without doctors observation. And stopped suddenly not gradually
Stopping any sort of mental medication cold Turkey, can have these side effects. By the sounds of it, stopping the antidepressants and antipsychotics is starting to catch up with your mind. It can take weeks to months for it to leave your system.

It won’t be the beginning of schizophrenia, as you would definitely know if you had it already. It could be the start of psychosis, but psychosis isn’t permanent so you don’t need to worry. Years ago when I stopped taking antidepressants and anti anxiety medications (I quit cold Turkey like you have) I went through psychosis for 3 months afterwards and then I was fine.
