You likely have developed endometriosis which is where the lining of your uterus that normally comes out of your vagina does not come out of your vagina but into your abdominal cavity. Those clumps of endometrial cells contain estrogen and they like to deposit on various structures within your abdomen. If they set up shop on your bowels it can feel like a sucker punch to the guts. Endometriosis is the leading cause of infertility. It's like cancer and it's very hard to treat and get rid of.
Um no I refuse to believe this 😂
If you eat chips or foods that trigger it like too much sodium or sugar that can cause to having worst cramps. So whatever you eat a few day before and during will def trigger it. If you are pretty healthy with avoiding certain foods and still get sharp pains you may need to get checked
You should see a doctor about this.
