Last week was pretty stellar.
My diet was on point and I lost 7 pounds like nothing. Just ate black beans, spinach, chicken breast, fish fillet, whole grain peanut butter and jelly sandwiches (natural peanut butter and jelly), and oatmeal.
This is coming off a fast food binge that had me stalling.

Um...I would have told my mom to stay in Minnesota so when I go up there I can have a place to stay. I doubt she would have listened to me but it would have been worth a try. lol
