Hard to say, but I'd caution yourself on expecting to go back to perfectly pre-kids. Birth has permanent effects on your body.
That said, if you're truly wondering, a trainer who specializes in post-natal training would give you better feedback.
Everyone's body is different and different approaches lead to different results.
But trying is free and if you stick with it you'll see progress.
After having my first kid nothing changed and I’m pregnant with my 2nd I’m assuming not much will change after either. I suppose my stomach isn’t flat anymore and some muscle definition is gone. I think some simple crunches would help me
Probably not long at all as long as you commit to getting back in shape.
