Is it possible for me who have to work out for 5 months to get the same body I used to have then in 6 months?

Now I am not exactly unfit but my abs aren't that visible anymore and my butt isn't that hard. It still has the same shape it just isn't that bubble like like it used to be. How can I get in the same level i used to be?
