I was told about the ECA Stack and Letigen, just wanted to know if anybody knows about whether it’s addictive. I am not asking for alternative methods of weight loss.

The answer depends on individual factors.
Certain drugs such as ephedrine can cause physical dependency for some people, while others experience no withdrawal symptoms. However, it is known that ephedrine can cause psychological dependence in some individuals.
Additionally, both ephedrine and caffeine can cause side effects such as insomnia, anxiety, heart palpitations, high blood pressure, and jitters.
It is therefore important to monitor your body's reaction to these medications and stop the use of them at the first signs of addiction and dependency.
That stuff is bullshit. Just have some self discipline, count calories, don't eat more than 1500 a day, get up and get some exercise every day. I lost 90 pounds doing that.
You can't take a pill for everything, some things actually require effort and dedication
Unfortunately I will never count calories again I had some disordered eating habits in the past because of it. I am well aware that a calorie deficit works, but I just refuse to restrict myself or be so rigid with my weight loss now. I appreciate your tips.
Starving yourself is not counting calories. Just because you did it wrong doesn't mean it's a bad way to lose weight. If you don't have self discipline when it comes to eating and exercising then you are just going to be fat. You can't just eat as much as you want, and you can't just starve yourself like a moron. You have to eat a balanced diet like a normal person and not just eat however you want, because you obviously don't know what's good for you when it comes to a proper diet.
When did I say I starved myself? Maybe you misunderstand.
You need to learn how to eat right
