I’m not gonna be lazy and just take the pills and not exercise but what I plan to do is workout out at least 2 or 3 times a day for an hour or two and eat healthy when I get home because I’m on vacation rn with my family. I’m going to eat foods like tofu, rice, fruits, vegetables, oatmeal. Healthy foods like that so I can lose weight more quickly.
So how does this sound? What do you think?
