I have seen lot of them genuinely work and succeed in getting fit.. thus getting healthy and attractive
But lot of them are very insecure about their looks and get pissed and call the people who advice them to lose fat as "Fatphobic"
(Especially if they are fans of ominis gauntđź’€)

It depends on the intent of the other person though, right? You can call someone fat and tell them they need to change but that is incredibly rude and thoughtless. It is easy to tell someone to lose weight but generally if you get big enough it is because you don’t know healthy habits to begin with, with the obvious exceptions of people who have legitimate health issues. A better way, if the person is open to it, is to exercise with them and show them what a healthy diet looks like. If you’re not going to put in even the slightest effort to help them why even say anything at all and if they don’t want to hear it don’t push it either. It just makes the person feel bad and they still don’t know healthy habits. While I do think a lot of people make excuses for why they can’t, I do understand to an extent because I used to be obese and I was fortunate enough to have someone help me
I believe telling somebody to lose weight without telling them how to do it is a form of hate speech and harassment.
I don’t tell fat people they are ugly and I want them to change so I can look at something prettier, I tell them about vitamins and ketosis and calories and nutrition and science and mental health. It’s for their benefit and not mine.
Yes Ms Bloom.. I agree
I am never a supporter of fat shaming... but some people ask me advice on how to look good and when I advice them that they look really good and would be perfect if they lose some pounds... they immediately proceed to call me fat phobic!
Also, I've been following your posts for a while... and I know you are working hard towards your weigh loss and I really really appreciate your dedication!
It takes a lot of time and commitment to exercise. Most people I know go just to be healthy and maintain.
I have a hard time loosing tummy fat and those love handles. I eat right. Cut out sugar, list a lot of weight then.
I don't a lot of time to just concentrate on working out at gym. I have 2 jobs. My regular job and care giver for my mother. No enough time in day for all 3.
I respect that..
I never would go around calling others fat or thin
Just that when some people ask me how to be more attractive.. I would say you look really good except for a bit fat which can be avoided with a little hard work and that's when they immediately call be fat phobic!
