    Health Myths:

    If you're skinny, you're perfectly healthy.

    If you're chubby like myself at 142 pounds, you're immediately unhealthy. Should have TONS of health problems.

    Diabetes is caused by eating sugar. As in one slice of cake automatically gives you diabetes.

    Exercise helps your depression and anxiety.

    Exercising will help your body dysmorphia and make you feel better about yourself.

    You're skinny, you should eat more.

    You're not skinny, you should eat less.

    Only old women get saggy boobs.

    Which I feel was generated by protein powder corporations

    I've seen guys who took 300 grams of protein everyday and ruined their kidneys

    Nobody tells you that muscle is not mostly protien, rather is 72% water... cause they can't sell you gallons of water!
