My oral medicine ended up down there by accident for a little while. is this okay?

Ok so full story the building I stay in has a water dispenser at the lobby. I was leaving for a meeting with my water bottle ready to fill it up there. Since I didn’t have my water when I was in my apt and I didn’t have any pockets, I put my medicine right under the front fold of my underwear, planning on taking it when I was waiting for the bus (bus stop is right outside). I sat down on the bench and it was no longer there… it had traveled down and like… semi-inside. I obviously couldn’t look for it and stick my hand up my kitty in public so I had to wait until I finished my 30+ minute commute and then take it when I got to my meeting. Should I be worried. It wasn’t a controlled substance or anything but it als wasn’t otc.
