Cholesterol primarily comes from meats... animal products...
Ear eggs, shellfish, beef, eyc, and your cholesterol will go up. That's bad.
MEANWHILE , what IS going up is your A1C and that can lead to diabetes. So, cut out the sweets and carbs.

A1C is a blood test that measures your average blood sugar level over the past 3 months. It is also known as glycated hemoglobin or HbA1c. The A1C test is used to diagnose diabetes, prediabetes, and to monitor how well people with diabetes are managing their blood sugar levels.
A normal A1C level is below 5.7%. A level of 5.7% to 6.4% indicates prediabetes, and a level of 6.5% or more indicates diabetes.
A high A1C level is bad because it means that your blood sugar levels have been high over time. This can damage your blood vessels, nerves, and organs. High blood sugar levels can also increase your risk of heart disease, stroke, blindness, kidney disease, and other serious health problems.
There are a number of things you can do to lower your A1C level, including:
Eating a healthy diet
Exercising regularly
Taking medication, if prescribed by your doctor
Managing stress
Getting regular checkups with your doctor
If you have a high A1C level, it is important to work with your doctor to develop a plan to lower it. By taking steps to manage your blood sugar levels, you can reduce your risk of developing serious health problems.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind about A1C:
The A1C test is not perfect. It can be affected by certain factors, such as anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency, and recent blood transfusions.
If you have a high A1C level, it is important to get follow-up testing to make sure that your blood sugar levels are under control.
There are a number of different medications that can help to lower A1C levels. Your doctor can help you to choose the right medication for you.
I hope this helps!

Uneducated simple minded high school failure.
Your cholesterol is fine because you are not obese - 3 lbs your dr would LAUGH about - and you likely exercise.
High cholesterol is due to over consumption of high in saturated fat foods which is pastries NOT chocolate and sweets in general. Meat. And white breads, etc. And being obese.
