I used some of it because I heard it helps you if you drink it. I stopped because I think I got a stomach pain or ache. But now I don't know what to do with this and it’s been sitting in my room for a long time.

What dr berg says is to mix one teaspoon with a glass of water, you don’t drink it the way you would some juice, it’s one teaspoon per glass of water and it does not work on everyone. It only works for weight loss for people whose bodies are too alkaline. Also the ph strips don’t always test correctly cause different parts of your body have different PH levels and the strips only test one part.
You can sprinkle it on salads, you can mix one tea spoon with a cup of water and one tea spoon of honey and drink it.

Goes well in some cocktails called "shrubs" and you can make mustard or pickles out of it. Also as a base for hot sauce or salad dressing.
