Apple cider vinegar is good but the best way is to stay away from the salt and to come down a few pounds

I don't have a problem with blood sugar levels, but I bought some Apple Cider Vinegar to remove a plague of fruit flies that had come from some potatoes I had bought. Unfortunately the advice I had been given was wrong, and I found another way to solve my problem. It's good to know Cider Vinegar has a medical purpose, because I don't use it for cooking.
