Should I replace my cheese with soy milk for my daily dose of dietary fat?

The soy milk costs more money then the cheese cause I need at least 1.5 cups to get the same amount of fat I would get in one piece of cheese and a carton of soy milk is around $4.00 after shipping fees and taxes. I mix soy milk or cheese with my daily vitamins every morning so that I can absorb my vitamin B tablets cause you need fat to absorb it. I also eat a tangerine at the same time cause some of my vitamins or minerals need to be combined with vitamin C to be absorbed.

Should I replace my cheese with soy milk for my daily dose of dietary fat?
