I'm trying to stay away from our biscuit cupboard at work but sometimes get a but hungry between 3-4pm.
I know yoghurt is good for but it has 13g of sugar per serving?

Is this too high?
Is it bad to eat 2 per day Monday-Friday?

I like everything except for that sugar to fat ratio. I usually eat about 100g's of plain non-fat greek yogurt a day, but I make sure to eat it with fats & higher protein amounts to offset the 3.2grams of sugar that's in it. 2.5grams of that sugar is lactose & there's no added sugar in the one that I eat (which is most important to avoid large quantities of), so it doesn't have much of a negative effect on me.
So if you want to eat that alone with no protein & fats 15mins before hand, then I recommend doing some form of movement afterward. Especially since those are simple sugars. In order to receive the most benefit from eating them, you need to make your muscles are more insulin sensitive. If I had that yogurt, I'd eat them sometime after my workout along with other carb sources I need to help replenish my glycogen stores.
Well yoghurt is totally healthy and is often eaten for breakfast, as a break or for dinner so yoghurt can be a separate meal so as long as you dont overdo the rest of your daily intake it is more than ok to eat yoghurt but would recommend you eat once for breakfast or dinner and once in between if you’re gonna eat two servings
Ingredients: Skim milk, sugar, passionfruit (4.2%), milk solids, cream, cornstarch, stabiliser (pectin), natural flavour, acidity regulators (sodium citrate, 452), live cultures (including acidophilus and bifidus), preservative (202), natural colour (curcumin)
preservative (202) is concerning

Sodium citrate is just another type of citric acid
Passion fruits are sour naturally and "Greek yogurt" should contain natural milk acids. Why is this stuff necessary?
Get sugar free yoghurt, or if you hungry you can just consume chia seeds, 2 spoons chia seeds soak it with 200 ml warm water for 20 minutes. That makes you full more than 2 cup of yogurt. I drink 2 spoons of chia seeds every with 2 boiled egg for breakfast everyday.

it has a lot of sugar...
I wouldn't eat it...
make it at home, take milk boil it, allow it to cool from boiling hot to warm, then put a teaspoon of plain yoghurt in it, and cover it with a cloth so that eat escapes slowly, after 6-8 hours when it set put it in the fridge
it's a ok yoghurt. not the best but not terrible. yeah it has some sugar and corn starch but if you're not a diabetic, that's not a problem. the calories per 100g aren't that bad.
No. Too much sugar. Blacklist it.
You're so much better off just buying natural yogurt and insert the insides of a passionfruit in it and mix it.
I can't eat it. Yogurt has a bad texture. I can eat maybe 3 bites till I'm gagging
It is healthier than the junk food that I eat. I would eat it.
I wouldn't call yogurt particularly healthy. Less sugar is always better, of course.
Make your own. My daughter makes it all the time. There are many types and receipts online. Milk and a starter are all you need. From there, it is easy to make flavors.
Why does that Yogurt have an H in it? I’d be worried about food being healthy if they can’t even spell the food correctly.
Real Greek yogurt is good for you but not that crap. Yogurt tastes closer to sour cream when you get the healthy kind.
If you consume this much sugar you need to eliminate it from other options in your diet. I suspect you're not doing that
You can try to make your own yogurt, it's easy peasy and no sugar added
Too much sugar
Too much sugar.
Maybe it's because you eat yoghurt and not yogurt.
I’m not familiar with New Zealand yogurt
