I think there are degree requirements or training rules you have to follow and that varies on where you're trained. For example, when good life were around, only those who trained in their particular school were allowed to work as trainers in their gym. I have never researched it myself, but during my university years, I saw aspiring personal trainers take a 2 or 4 year class and then take an exam in the hopes of becoming a certified trainer. They were doing exams in another room while I was exercising and I saw them lined up to take their coaching exams. I am not sure if a B. A. or B. Sc. is enough or if further education is also needed to become a trainer.
Then you'll fit in just fine.
Ok but how do I get involved with this kind of stuff?
Maybe start working at a gym.
