Is fat harder to digest then carbs?

I had red lobster to celebrate my dads birthday this Saturday and gained around 5 pounds in one day, now it’s Tuesday morning and I’ve lost 3 of the 4 pounds I gained, but losing the weight has been hard cause it led to both dehydration and stunted sleeping due to the biological pressures of trying to burn off my meal. But it might also be because I doubled or quadrupled my weight loss supplements to burn the weight off faster. I also had red lobster twice cause there was enough left over food for a second meal the next day.
